    From the city center of Nîmes, head to the Nîmes train station (Gare de Nîmes). Once there, locate the bus stop for Line 3 (direction Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer). The bus ride will take approximately 50 minutes. Get off at the stop 'Pont de Gau.' From the bus stop, walk about 10 minutes along RD 570 towards the Ornithological Park, which will be on your left.

    If you prefer to cycle, you can rent a bicycle in Nîmes. Start from the city center and head southwest towards Route de Beaucaire. Follow the signs for the D979 road. Continue on this road until you reach RD 570. Turn left onto RD 570 and keep cycling for about 15 kilometers. The Ornithological Park of Pont de Gau will be on your right.

  • Walking

    For those who enjoy walking, it is quite a long distance to the park, but you can start from the city center of Nîmes. Head southwest towards Route de Beaucaire, then follow the D979 road. Continue on this road for approximately 15 kilometers, which might take around 3-4 hours on foot. When you reach RD 570, turn left, and the Ornithological Park will be on your right.
