Walking
Start your journey from the center of Nîmes at the Place de la Révolution. Head south towards Rue de la République, and continue straight until you reach the large square, Place d'Assas. From there, take Rue de la Méditerranée heading east. Continue along this road until you reach the intersection with Avenue de la Liberté. Turn left and walk along Avenue de la Liberté. After about 1 km, you'll arrive at a roundabout. Take the first exit onto Avenue de Courbessac. Follow this avenue for approximately 1.5 km until you see the Courbessac menhir on your right, just past the residential areas.
Public Transport
Begin at Nîmes train station (Gare de Nîmes). Take the bus line 5 towards Courbessac. The bus stop you need is 'Courbessac - Le Village'. The journey takes about 15-20 minutes. Once you get off the bus, walk north along Avenue de Courbessac for about 10 minutes, and you will see the menhir located near the edge of the village. Make sure to check the bus schedule for return trips!
