If you're at Châtelet-Les Halles, take Line 4 (the purple line) in the direction of Porte de Clignancourt. Get off at the second stop, at Gare de l'Est. Transfer to Line 5 (the orange line) and head towards Bobigny - Pablo Picasso. Change trains at Gare de l'Est to Line 7 (the pink line) towards La Courneuve - 8 Mai 1945. Get off at the stop called 'La Rochefoucauld - Drouot'. From there, you can walk to the Basilique.
