Experience Monnaie de Paris

Getting There

  • Metro

    Take Metro Line 4 (the purple line) at any nearby metro station in Paris. If you are starting from Châtelet - Les Halles station, board the train towards Mairie de Montrouge. Travel for 3 stops and disembark at Saint-Michel station. After exiting the train, take the Rue Saint-Jacques exit. Once outside, walk towards the Seine River; Monnaie de Paris is located right along the river at 11 Quai de Conti.

  • Bus

    Look for bus stops around your area and take bus line 63 or 86. If you are near the Luxembourg Gardens, you can catch line 63 from RER B Luxembourg station. Ride until you reach the stop at 'Pont des Arts.' From there, walk across the bridge towards the left bank of the Seine River, then follow the river westwards for about 5 minutes until you reach Monnaie de Paris at 11 Quai de Conti.

  • Walking

    If you are nearby, for instance, at the Louvre Museum, head southwest towards the Seine River. Walk along the riverbank towards the west for approximately 15 minutes. You'll pass by the beautiful Pont des Arts bridge. Continue walking until you reach Monnaie de Paris at 11 Quai de Conti, which will be on your left.

  • RER Train

    If you are at Gare Saint-Lazare, take the RER A train towards Boissy-Saint-Léger or Marne-la-Vallée. Transfer at Châtelet-Les Halles to Metro Line 4. From there, follow the Metro guidance as mentioned above.
