To reach the Museum of Romantic Life at 16 Rue Chaptal, start by finding the nearest Metro station. If you are near the Opéra, take Line 7 (the pink line) direction La Courneuve - 8 Mai 1945. Get off at the next stop, 'Cadet'. Once you exit the station, head southwest on Rue Cadet. After about 5 minutes of walking, turn left onto Rue Chaptal. The museum will be on your right, just a short walk down the street.

If you prefer to travel by bus, locate a nearby bus stop that serves lines 30 or 31. Board the bus heading towards 'Gare Saint-Lazare' or 'Porte de Montmartre' respectively. Get off at the 'Chaptal - Duperré' stop. From there, walk down Rue Chaptal. The Museum of Romantic Life will be a few minutes' walk ahead on your left.
