Look for Bus Line 75 or 56. If you board Bus 75, get off at 'Hôpital Saint-Louis'. From there, walk southeast on Rue de la Grange aux Belles. Turn left onto Quai de Valmy, and you will find Passerelle des Douanes just a short walk ahead. If you take Bus 56, get off at 'Quai de Valmy' and head straight; the bridge will be right in front of you.
