An experienced cellar master guides you through the nuances of single-cru cognacs from Cognac's most important regions: Borderies, Grande Champagne, Petite Champagne, and Fins Bois. You'll learn to identify the characteristics of each cru, experiment with different combinations, and ultimately blend your own personalized cognac. Using traditional tools, you'll draw cognac straight from the cask, mix your blend, and bottle it to take home.
Beyond the blending workshop, the Camus visitor center offers a fascinating insight into the history and production of Camus Cognac. You can explore exhibits detailing the Camus family's five-generation legacy and their commitment to innovation.
