If you're in the Centre area, you can easily walk to Parc du Thabor. From the Place de la République, head north on Rue de la Monnaie towards Rue des Ducs. Continue straight until you reach Rue du Pré Botté. Turn left onto Rue du Pré Botté and then right onto Rue Saint-Mélaine. Continue straight for approximately 500 meters until you reach the park entrance at Place Saint-Mélaine. The walk should take around 10-15 minutes.

Public Transport (Bus)
For those who prefer to use public transport, you can take Bus Line C from the Gare de Rennes. Board the bus at the station and ride for two stops to the stop named 'Place de la République'. From there, it's a short 5-minute walk to Parc du Thabor. Exit the bus and head north on Rue de la Monnaie, then follow the same directions as walking from Place de la République.
