From Villejean-Beauregard, head to the nearest bus stop, 'Beauregard' on Rue de la Chalotais. Take the bus line 1 towards 'Rennes Gare'. The bus ride will take approximately 15 minutes. Get off at 'Gare SNCF' stop. From there, it is a 10-minute walk to Portes Mordelaises.

After getting off at 'Gare SNCF', exit the station and head towards Rue de la Gare. Continue straight until you reach Place de la Gare. Turn left onto Rue de la Visitation, and continue straight until you reach Rue des Portes Mordelaises. The historical site will be located on your left at number 6.

Alternatively, you can take the metro line A from 'Beauregard' station. Travel towards 'Poterie' and get off at 'Charles de Gaulle' station. Transfer to line B towards 'J.F. Kennedy' and get off at 'République' station. From there, it is a 12-minute walk. Head southeast on Place de la République, continue onto Rue de la Monnaie, then turn right onto Rue des Portes Mordelaises.
