Our driver, Li, was...
Our driver, Li, was absolutely amazing. Since we were the only two participants on the trip he made sure to customize it for our needs and interests. He found more information about the Juno beach landing since we are Canadians and were interested in that. He changed our schedule to allow us to see the cliffs at Normandy when it wasn't raining. He had lots of knowledgeable facts about the area.

Fantastic Tour guide!
Fantastic!! Yves was the best tour guide. He was also our driver which was so great because we were able to talk there and back. Not only did it make the 2 hour ride go by faster, but he educated us about the sites we drive past as related to WW2. He also taught us more about the region in general along the ride. As for the tour itself, spot on! His passion for history really came through. As we stood at the American cemetery during the time he gave us to pause and reflect, I over heard two other English speaking guides who were just speaking as if translating a script. Yves spoke perfect English, was animated, held our attention. He added to the tour with his own drone images of the region which really helped us get a sense of the massive scale of the operation.
