Our driver, Li, was absolutely amazing. Since we were the only two participants on the trip he made sure to customize it for our needs and interests. He found more information about the Juno beach landing since we are Canadians and were interested in that. He changed our schedule to allow us to see the cliffs at Normandy when it wasn't raining. He had lots of knowledgeable facts about the area.

if you could give me a 100, I would, but tripadweiser only gives 5. Audio guides on their own is a great idea because you don't suffer from crowd noise, don't listen to a guide who's stood too far away. you can always stop and rest in a cafe. but not every audio guide gives as interesting information as this. we've seen dry retellings of events, but here everything is served in an entertaining form and seasoned with funny jokes. not the first time we've taken and will take more
