If you are starting from the Saint-Malo intra-muros (the walled city), exit through the main gate (Porte Saint-Vincent) and head towards Rue de la Cité. Follow Rue de la Cité until you reach the beach promenade (Promenade du Sillon). Once you reach the promenade, turn left and walk along the waterfront. Continue walking for about 15 minutes, and you will see Plage de l’éventail on your right at 4 Chau. du Sillon.

From the Saint-Malo train station (Gare de Saint-Malo), you can take bus line 1 towards 'La Gare Maritime'. Get off at the stop 'Sillon' which takes about 10 minutes.
