If you are starting from the city center (Place du Capitole), walk towards Rue d'Alsace-Lorraine. Head south on Rue d'Alsace-Lorraine until you reach Place Wilson. At Place Wilson, turn right onto Rue de la République. Continue straight until you reach the Canal du Midi. Once you arrive at the canal, turn left to follow the waterfront path. Continue walking along the canal until you see the Écluse des Ponts Jumeaux on your right, which is approximately a 15-minute walk.
