Getting There

  • Driving

    From Valence, take the N7 south and exit towards Die (D93). Turn left after Crest towards Plan-de-Baix (D70). In Plan-de-Baix, turn right towards Omblèze/Restaurant Moulin de la Pipe. At the restaurant, a sign indicates the route to Chute de la Druise. Follow this road to the parking area in Ansage. From the parking area, it is approximately a 20-25 minute walk (1.8 km) to the base of the waterfall.

  • Public Transport

    From Gare de Valence TGV, take a bus to Plan-de-Baix. Note that there is no direct bus; you will need to transfer at Sncf Armorin. From Plan-de-Baix, follow the driving directions to the parking area in Ansage, and then walk to the waterfall. Bus fare is approximately €4-€12.

  • Walking

    From the parking area in Ansage (44.828699, 5.195283), follow the marked trail (yellow-green markings) that descends to the Gervanne river. Continue along the trail to reach the base of the Chute de la Druise. The walk is approximately 1.8km and takes around 20-25 minutes. The trail can be slippery, so wear appropriate footwear.
