Walking
From the center of Versailles, head towards the Rive Gauche train station (Gare de Versailles Rive Gauche). Walk southeast along Avenue de Paris for about 10 minutes until you reach the station. Once there, take the train to Paris (direction: Paris - Montparnasse). After about 30 minutes, you will arrive at the Montparnasse station in Paris. From Montparnasse, transfer to Metro Line 6 (direction: Nation) and travel for 5 stops to 'Bercy' station. Finally, exit the station and head east on Rue de Bercy until you reach the Seine River, then walk north along the riverbank for about 15 minutes until you arrive at Pont de la Tournelle.
Public Transport
From any central location in Versailles, make your way to the Rive Droite train station (Gare de Versailles Rive Droite). Purchase a ticket to Paris. Board the train heading to Paris (Gare Saint-Lazare), which takes approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Gare Saint-Lazare, take Metro Line 14 (direction: Olympiades) for 3 stops to Châtelet. At Châtelet, transfer to Metro Line 1 (direction: La Défense) and travel for 4 stops to 'Château de Vincennes'. Exit the station and walk towards the Seine River, continuing until you reach Pont de la Tournelle, which is a scenic bridge connecting the 4th and 5th arrondissements of Paris.
Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, rent a bike from one of the bike-sharing stations in Versailles. Begin your ride towards the Seine River by heading toward Avenue de Paris. Once you reach the riverbank, follow the scenic path along the Seine, which will lead you directly to Pont de la Tournelle. The ride is approximately 15 km and will take around 45 minutes, allowing you to enjoy the beautiful views of the river and Parisian architecture along the way.
