From Papeete, take the bus towards Hitiaa O Te Ra. The bus journey takes approximately 1 hour and 3 minutes. From the Hitiaa bus stop, Tahiti Safari Expedition is a short taxi ride away. Bus services depart every three hours. A one-way bus fare is XPF 300.

From Faa'a International Airport, a taxi to Tahiti Safari Expedition in Hitiaa O Te Ra will take approximately 38 minutes. Taxi fares are metered, with a starting price of XPF 1,000 (€8.38) and a price per km of XPF 260 (€2.18). Luggage over 5 kg incurs a surcharge of XPF 100 (€0.81). Expect to pay around XPF 5,528 (€46) during the daytime and XPF 8,292 (€69) at night. Taxis are readily available at the airport.
