Car
If you are traveling by car within Tahiti Iti, start your journey from the main town of Taravao. Head northwest on Route de l'Anse Vata, following the signs for Papeete. Continue on this road for about 40 minutes until you reach the city of Papeete. Once in Papeete, look for Avenue du Commandant Destremau. The Musée de la Perle Robert Wan is located at 56 Av. du Commandant Destremau. There is parking available nearby, but be mindful of any parking fees that may apply.

For those using public transportation, catch a bus from the main bus terminal in Taravao that heads to Papeete. Buses typically run every 30 minutes, and the fare is around 300 XPF (French Polynesian Francs). Once in Papeete, disembark at the central bus station, which is within walking distance to Avenue du Commandant Destremau. It will take approximately 10 minutes to walk to the museum. Just follow the avenue; the destination will be on your left at number 56.
