    From Papeete, Tahiti, take a ferry to the Vaiare ferry terminal in Moorea. Ferries depart frequently, with the journey taking 30-45 minutes. Ferry tickets range from $12 to $30 USD one way. From the Vaiare ferry terminal, Cook's Bay is approximately a 15-20 minute taxi or rental car ride away. Taxis are readily available at the ferry terminal. A taxi to Cook's Bay will cost around 2,000 XPF (approximately $18 USD).
