From the Vaiare ferry terminal, Cook's Bay is approximately a 15-20 minute taxi or rental car ride away. Taxis are readily available at the ferry terminal. A taxi to Cook's Bay will cost around 2,000 XPF (approximately $18 USD).

Taxis are available from Moorea Airport (Temae) to Cook's Bay, a ride of approximately 15 minutes. The taxi stand is located outside the airport. The approximate fare is 2,000 XPF (around $18 USD). Note that taxi fares increase at night.

Rental car agencies are located at both the Moorea ferry terminal and the airport. Driving from the ferry terminal or airport to Cook's Bay is straightforward, taking approximately 15-20 minutes.
