After disembarking, it is a short walk (about 500 meters) to reach the castle itself.

Walking
The ruins of Bagrat's Castle are located on a hill on the outskirts of the city. You can get there on foot. You need to drive along Mount Bagrat Street to the end, until you run into the gate at the end of the street near a private house with a red roof.
