Walking
Start at the main square of Akhaltsikhe, where the Rabati Fortress is located. From the fortress, head south on Givi Khergiani Street. Continue walking straight, passing by the local shops and cafes. After about 1 km, you will reach the intersection with the main road (E691). Cross the road carefully and continue straight on the path leading out of the city. You will start to see signs pointing towards Gurkeli. Follow the signs, and after approximately 2 km, you will arrive at the village of Gurkeli. Bieti Church is located just a short walk from the village center, approximately 500 meters up a small hill. Look for the church's distinctive architecture as you approach.

Public Transport (Minibus)
From the main bus station in Akhaltsikhe, take a minibus heading towards Gurkeli. The minibus will depart frequently, so you shouldn't have to wait long. The journey will take around 15-20 minutes. Inform the driver that you want to get off at Gurkeli. Once you arrive, you can ask locals for directions to Bieti Church, as it is a well-known site. The church is about a 10-minute walk from where the minibus drops you off, heading uphill.

Bicycle Rental
If you're feeling adventurous, consider renting a bicycle from one of the local rental shops in Akhaltsikhe. Head south on Givi Khergiani Street and then onto the main road (E691). Follow the signs towards Gurkeli, which is about 3 km away. The ride is mostly flat with some gentle inclines. Upon reaching Gurkeli, park your bike and walk approximately 500 meters uphill to reach Bieti Church.
