Getting There

• Car

  If you're driving from any location in Guria, head towards the city of Batumi on the E70 highway. Continue on the E70 for approximately 70 kilometers until you reach the city of Kutaisi. From Kutaisi, take the E60 road towards Tbilisi. After approximately 200 kilometers, you will arrive in Tbilisi. Once in Tbilisi, follow signs for the city center until you reach Davit Aghmashenebeli Avenue. Barbarestan is located at 132 Davit Aghmashenebeli Ave. Parking may be available on the street or nearby lots, but be wary of parking regulations.

• Public Transportation (Bus)

  To reach Barbarestan via public transport from Guria, start by taking a marshrutka (minibus) from your location in Guria to Batumi. The ride takes about 1-2 hours and costs approximately 10-15 GEL. From Batumi, take a bus or marshrutka to Kutaisi, which takes around 2-3 hours and costs about 10 GEL. From Kutaisi, board another marshrutka heading to Tbilisi; this journey can take around 4-5 hours and costs approximately 15-20 GEL.
