Car

If you are driving, start from the village of Shatili in Khevsureti. Head southwest on the main road (Shatili - Mutso - Omalo) for approximately 15 km until you reach a fork. Take the left fork towards the village of Ardoti. Continue along this road until you arrive at the Tbilisi - Shatili road (also known as the Mtskheta-Stepantsminda road). Turn left and follow the road for about 60 km. Look for signs indicating Tbilisi. After about 30 minutes, look for signs to Leghvtakhevi Waterfall just before you enter Tbilisi. Park your car near the park entrance on Botanikuri Street.

Public Transportation

To reach Leghvtakhevi Waterfall using public transportation, take a minibus (marshrutka) from the village of Shatili to Tbilisi. The journey takes approximately 3-4 hours. Once you arrive at the Didube bus station in Tbilisi, transfer to a local bus or taxi to reach Old Tbilisi. Ask the driver to drop you off at Botanikuri Street, which is the closest access point to the waterfall. The waterfall is a short 10-minute walk from the drop-off point.

Taxi

If you prefer a more direct route, consider hiring a taxi from Shatili directly to Leghvtakhevi Waterfall. This will cost approximately 100 GEL and take around 2-3 hours depending on traffic. The driver will know the best route to take you to the waterfall, and you can arrange for them to wait for you or return you to your starting point.

Hiking

For adventurous travelers, you can hike to Leghvtakhevi Waterfall from the nearby village of Shatili. The hike will take approximately 2-3 hours through beautiful landscapes.
