If you are traveling by car, start from Mtskheta and head towards Tbilisi. Take the E117 road, which will lead you towards Tbilisi. As you approach Tbilisi, follow the signs for Mtatsminda. From the roundabout, take the exit onto Paliashvili Street, and follow it until you reach the entrance of Mtatsminda Park.
