Car
If you are traveling by car, start from Mtskheta and head towards Tbilisi. Take the E117 road, which will lead you towards Tbilisi. As you approach Tbilisi, follow the signs for Mtatsminda. Once you reach Tbilisi, continue straight until you reach the roundabout at the entrance of the city. From the roundabout, take the exit onto Paliashvili Street, and follow it until you reach the entrance of Mtatsminda Park. There is parking available at the park, but it may incur a small fee (around 1-2 GEL). After parking, you can either walk or take the funicular railway to the Mtatsminda View Point.

Public Transportation
To reach Mtatsminda View Point using public transportation, start by taking a marshrutka from Mtskheta to Tbilisi. Marshrutkas are shared minibuses that depart frequently from the main bus station in Mtskheta. The ride will take approximately 30 minutes and cost around 1-2 GEL.
