Walking
From Freedom Square, walk northeast on Kote Afkhazi Street towards Ivane Machabeli Street. Continue onto Ioane Shavteli Street. The Clock Tower will be on your left, next to the Gabriadze Theatre. The walk is approximately 10-15 minutes.
Public Transport
Take the Tbilisi Metro to Liberty Square Station. From there, walk northeast on Kote Afkhazi Street, continue onto Ioane Shavteli Street. The Clock Tower will be on your left. The walk from the metro station is about 10 minutes. A single metro fare is 1 GEL.

Taxis are readily available throughout Tbilisi. Use a taxi app like Bolt or Yandex to book a ride to the Clock Tower at 13 Ioane Shavteli Street. A short taxi ride from Freedom Square or most central locations will typically cost between 3-5 GEL, depending on traffic.
