Walking
From the central area of Mtskheta, head towards the main square (Mtskheta's central park). Walk east along the main road (Shota Rustaveli Street) until you reach the Tbilisi-Mtskheta highway. Continue straight until you reach the bus station. From there, you can catch a marshrutka (minibus) heading to Tbilisi. Make sure to tell the driver you want to go to the Griboedov Theater.

Once on the marshrutka, the ride to Tbilisi will take about 20-30 minutes. Keep an eye on the landmarks as you approach Tbilisi. You should ask the driver to drop you off at the closest stop to Shota Rustaveli Avenue. Once you get off, you should see the avenue ahead.

After getting off the marshrutka, walk towards Shota Rustaveli Avenue. Head southwest along the avenue. Griboedov Theater is located at 2/4 Shota Rustaveli Ave, Tbilisi, which is a short 5-10 minute walk from the drop-off point. Look for the theater on your right side—it should be easily recognizable due to its distinct architecture.
