Walking
If you're starting from the central area of Mtskheta, head towards the main square in front of the Svetitskhoveli Cathedral. Once you reach the square, exit toward the left side, following the road that leads to the bus station. Walk straight for approximately 10 minutes until you reach the bus station. From there, look for a minibus (marshrutka) heading to Tbilisi. The ride will take about 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Tbilisi, get off at the stop near the Vake Park area. From there, you can either walk or take a taxi to the Tbilisi Open Air Museum of Ethnography, which is located on K'usi T'bis Street. The museum is a bit uphill, so walking may take around 20-25 minutes.

From Mtskheta, walk to the main square near Svetitskhoveli Cathedral and find the minibus station. Take a minibus (marshrutka) to Tbilisi. Inform the driver you want to get off near Vake Park. Once you arrive, you can either walk to the museum, which will take around 20-25 minutes, or you can take a local taxi or ride-sharing service for a quicker trip. If you choose to walk, head towards K'usi T'bis Street and follow the signs to the museum.
