From the center of Mtskheta, start at the main square near the Svetitskhoveli Cathedral. Head northeast on Shota Rustaveli Street. Continue straight for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with the main road (Tbilisi-Mtskheta highway). Cross the road and continue walking straight. You will see signs directing you to Samtavro's Convent. Follow the path, and after about 300 meters, you will arrive at the entrance to Samtavro's Convent. The convent is located at RPW9+H84, Mtskheta.

If you are starting from the Jvari Monastery, which is located on a hill overlooking Mtskheta, head down the path towards the city. Once you reach the road, turn left and walk towards the center of Mtskheta. Continue walking straight, passing by the Svetitskhoveli Cathedral. After about 1 kilometer, you will reach Shota Rustaveli Street. Turn right and follow the street for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with the main road. Cross the road and follow the signs to Samtavro's Convent, which will be about 300 meters ahead.
