From Rabun Bald, head southwest on Rabun Bald Road. Continue for about 5 miles until you reach Highway 441. Turn left onto Highway 441 South and drive for approximately 10 miles. Then, take a right onto Highlands Road. Continue on Highlands Road for about 4 miles, and Bridal Veil Falls will be on your left. There is a small parking area just off the road where you can safely park your vehicle.
