If you are traveling by car, start from Gori, which is a central location in Shida Kartli. Head southwest on the E60 highway towards Kutaisi. After approximately 30 kilometers, take the exit towards Khashuri and follow the signs for Katskhi. Continue on the local roads until you reach the village of Katskhi. The Katskhi Column is located at coordinates 42.287480099999996, 43.2158449, and you will see it from the village. There is no dedicated parking, but you can park in the village and walk to the column.

To reach Katskhi using public transportation, start by taking a marshrutka (minibus) from Tbilisi to Gori. This trip typically takes about 1.5 hours.
