Driving
From Tbilisi, take the highway towards Sagarejo. Continue towards the David Gareja Monastery complex. Approximately 5 kilometers before reaching David Gareja Lavra, turn right at the signpost for Natlismtsemeli Monastery. Follow the road for about 4 kilometers. Note that the road may be rough and is best navigated with a reliable off-road vehicle. Upon arrival, parking is available near the monastery gates, after which you will need to proceed on foot. There are no tolls on this route.
Public Transport
From Tbilisi, take a marshrutka (minibus) from the Samgori bus station to David Gareja. The cost is approximately 20 GEL. From David Gareja Lavra, you will need to hire a taxi or arrange for a local driver to take you to Natlismtsemeli Monastery, as it is located about 12 km west of David's Lavra. Negotiate the fare in advance, expect to pay around 30-50 GEL for the round trip.
