Start from the central area of Tbilisi, such as Rustaveli Avenue. Head southeast towards the Freedom Square and take the direction of the Baratashvili Bridge. Cross the bridge and continue straight onto Kote Afkhazi Street. After about 800 meters, turn left onto Grigol Vashadze Street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Grigol Volski Street. Turn right onto Grigol Volski Street, and after a short walk of about 300 meters, you will find St. Nicholas Church located at 23 Grigol Volski Street on your left.

From the central bus station in Tbilisi, take bus number 37 towards Isani. Get off at the 'Isani' stop. From there, walk along the main road for about 500 meters towards the direction of the church. Turn left onto Grigol Volski Street, and continue walking for approximately 200 meters. St. Nicholas Church will be located on your right at 23 Grigol Volski Street.
