From the center of Tbilisi, head to the Tbilisi Funicular Station, which is located at the base of Mtatsminda Mountain. You can take a taxi or walk to the station. The funicular ride will take you directly to the Mtatsminda Park area. The ticket for the funicular costs approximately 2 GEL one way. Once you reach the top, follow the signs to the viewpoint.

If you are already in the Mtatsminda neighborhood, the Mtatsminda View Point is accessible by walking. Start from the Mtatsminda Park entrance and head toward the main paths leading through the park. You can also use public transport to get closer to Mtatsminda. Take bus number 37 from the city center to the 'Mtatsminda' stop.
