From the Mtatsminda Park entrance, head south toward the main path that runs through the park. Continue straight for about 1 km until you reach a fork in the path. Take the left path that leads you toward the viewpoint overlooking the city. As you walk, keep an eye out for signs directing you toward the Memorial Fountain of Anzor Chankvetadze. The fountain is located just off the path near a small clearing with benches.
