From Vardzia, head east on E40 towards Akhaltsikhe. After approximately 15 kilometers, exit onto the M6 road towards Tbilisi. Continue for about 12 kilometers until you reach the village of Dashbashi. Look for signs directing you to Diamond Bridge. The bridge is located at H4VC+GM, Dashbashi, which is just off the main road. There is a parking area nearby where you can safely leave your car.
