Car
If you are traveling by car, start your journey on the A7 autobahn. Take the exit towards Oberstdorf (Exit 136). Continue on the B19 towards Oberstdorf. Once in Oberstdorf, follow the signs for Breitachklamm. You will need to drive to Klammstraße 47, where there is parking available near the entrance to the gorge (Breitachklamm). Please note that there may be parking fees, so have some change or a card ready.
Public Transportation
If you prefer to use public transportation, take a train to Oberstdorf. From major cities, you can find trains that connect through Kempten or Immenstadt. Upon arrival at Oberstdorf train station, exit and look for the bus stop. Take bus line 1 (towards 'Oberstdorf, Klammstraße') which will take you directly to the Breitachklamm entrance. The bus ride costs around €2-3. Check the local bus schedule for exact timings.
Walking from the nearest bus stop
If you arrive at the bus stop 'Oberstdorf, Klammstraße', you will be just a short walk away from the entrance of Breitachklamm. Simply head down Klammstraße for about 500 meters, and you will see the entrance to the gorge on your right. The walk will take approximately 5-10 minutes.
