After approximately 10 kilometers, look for signs directing you to Linderhof Palace. Turn left onto Linderhofstraße, which will lead you directly to the palace's parking area. The parking fee is around €6 for the day.
Public Transportation
To reach Linderhof Palace via public transportation from Garmisch-Partenkirchen, take the regional train to Oberammergau. The train ride takes about 30 minutes. Once in Oberammergau, transfer to bus line 9622 towards Ettal. The bus ride will take approximately 15 minutes. Get off at the 'Linderhof Palace' stop, which is a short walk to the entrance of the palace.
