Public Transportation - Tram
If you prefer public transportation, take Tram Line 19 from Altbayern towards 'St. Emmeram.' Get off at the 'Chinesischer Turm' stop. The English Garden is a short 10-minute walk from there. Follow the signs towards the park entrance.
Public Transportation - U-Bahn
Another option is to take the U-Bahn (subway). From any location in Altbayern, find the nearest U-Bahn station and take Line U6 towards 'Giesing.' Change at 'Sendlinger Tor' to Line U2 towards 'Messestadt Ost.' Get off at 'Universität' station. From there, it's about a 15-minute walk to the English Garden.
