Car
If you're traveling by car, start by entering the A9 motorway heading towards Leipzig. After about 45 km, take the exit 12 towards Dessau. Continue on the B185 for approximately 20 km until you reach the town of Oranienbaum-Wörlitz. Once in Oranienbaum, follow the signs for the Middle Elbe Biosphere Reserve, which is located at Am Kapenschlößchen 3. There is parking available near the entrance.
Public Transportation
If using public transportation, take a train from your location in Anhalt to Dessau. From Dessau, transfer to bus line 416 towards Oranienbaum. The bus ride will take about 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Oranienbaum, it's a short 10-minute walk to the Middle Elbe Biosphere Reserve located at Am Kapenschlößchen 3. Be sure to check the local bus schedule for the latest times. Note that a train ticket from Anhalt to Dessau costs approximately €5-€10, and the bus fare is around €2-€3.
Bicycle
