The Baumwipfelpfad is part of a larger complex that includes the Hans-Eisenmann-Haus, an information center for the Bavarian Forest National Park, and an animal enclosure where you can observe native wildlife. The Bavarian Forest National Park, established in 1970, is Germany's first national park.
