Getting There

• Car

  If you're traveling by car, start from the center of Bavarian Forest National Park. Head towards the B85 road and follow the signs for Neuschönau. Continue on this road for approximately 15 km. Once you reach Neuschönau, look for Lusenstraße and turn onto it. The Skulpturenpark und Galerie für Heinz Theuerjahr will be located at Lusenstraße 41, which should be clearly marked. There is a parking area available nearby, but be sure to check if any parking fees apply.

• Public Transportation

  For those using public transportation, you can take a bus from various towns in the Bavarian Forest National Park to Neuschönau. The most common route is to take the bus line from Zwiesel or Grafenau to Neuschönau. Upon arriving at the Neuschönau bus stop, walk towards Lusenstraße, which is about a 10-minute walk.
