A single public transport ticket (AB zone) costs around €3.50, but with the WelcomeCard, your travel is already covered.

From anywhere on Europaplatz, the Berlin WelcomeCard office is easily accessible on foot. Simply locate the main entrance of the Hauptbahnhof. The Tourist Information, where the WelcomeCard is available, is situated on the ground floor, just inside the Europaplatz entrance. Look for signs with the 'i' symbol.

If arriving by taxi or ride-sharing service, instruct the driver to drop you off at the Europaplatz entrance of Berlin Hauptbahnhof.
