Getting There

• Public Transport

  Arriving at Berlin Hauptbahnhof (Central Station), the Berlin WelcomeCard office is conveniently located on the ground floor at the Europaplatz entrance. From the main arrival platforms, follow signs for 'Europaplatz' and 'Tourist Information'. The office is within the station's shopping area. A single public transport ticket (AB zone) costs around €3.50, but with the WelcomeCard, your travel is already covered.

  From anywhere on Europaplatz, the Berlin WelcomeCard office is easily accessible on foot. Simply locate the main entrance of the Hauptbahnhof. The Tourist Information, where the WelcomeCard is available, is situated on the ground floor, just inside the Europaplatz entrance. Look for signs with the 'i' symbol.

• Taxi/Ride-Share

  If arriving by taxi or ride-sharing service, instruct the driver to drop you off at the Europaplatz entrance of Berlin Hauptbahnhof. From there, the Berlin WelcomeCard office is a short walk inside the station. A short taxi ride from central Berlin (e.g., Brandenburg Gate) to Hauptbahnhof will cost approximately €15-€25, depending on traffic.
