U-Bahn
To reach the Berlinische Galerie, start by finding the nearest U-Bahn station. If you are near Alexanderplatz, take the U8 line towards Hermannstraße. Get off at the Moritzplatz station. From there, exit the station and head southwest on Oranienstraße. Continue straight for about 400 meters until you reach Alte Jakobstraße. Turn left onto Alte Jakobstraße, and the Berlinische Galerie will be on your right.
Bus
If you're near the nearest bus stop, check for the bus line 248. Board the bus heading towards U Kottbusser Tor. Get off at the stop 'Alte Jakobstraße'. Once you get off, walk along Alte Jakobstraße for about 200 meters, and you will find the Berlinische Galerie on your left.
Walking
If you are within the Kreuzberg area, you can also walk to the Berlinische Galerie. Start at the nearby Landwehrkanal, and walk north towards the bridge over the canal. Cross the bridge and continue straight onto Oranienstraße. Walk for about 800 meters, then turn right on Alte Jakobstraße. The gallery will be on your right side after a short walk.
Tram
If you are near the Warschauer Straße station, you can take tram line M10 towards the Hauptbahnhof. Get off at the stop 'Kottbusser Tor'. From there, walk towards the east on Kottbusser Damm until you reach the intersection with Alte Jakobstraße. Turn right, and the Berlinische Galerie will be on your left after a short walk.
S-Bahn
If you are near the Hauptbahnhof (Central Station), take the S-Bahn S3, S5, S7, or S9 towards Spandau or Westkreuz. Get off at the station 'Jannowitzbrücke'. From there, transfer to the U-Bahn U8 line, heading towards Hermannstraße. Get off at Moritzplatz, and follow the walking directions provided in the U-Bahn guidance.
