Since its establishment in 2012, Urban Spree has become a significant hub for urban culture, attracting locals and tourists alike. The 1,700 square meter complex is dedicated to showcasing various forms of urban expression, including exhibitions, artist residencies, DIY workshops, and concerts. The space includes an art store offering graffiti, street art, and photography books, as well as screen prints and T-shirts designed by local and international artists. A notable feature is the 'Artist Wall,' a large exterior facade facing Warschauer Straße, constantly evolving with new urban artworks. Urban Spree's concert room hosts live music events spanning genres from garage and psych-rock to cutting-edge electronic music. The expansive beer garden provides a relaxed atmosphere where visitors can enjoy local craft beers and international street food. The Urban Spree Summer Sessions feature live acoustic music from Berlin's street musicians every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evening.
