Train
From Bonn Central Station (Bonn Hauptbahnhof), take the S-Bahn line S12 or S19 towards Köln (Cologne). The journey takes approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the Köln (Cologne) Central Station (Köln Hauptbahnhof). After exiting the train, follow the signs to the main exit of the station.
Public Transport
After exiting Köln Central Station, head to the bus terminal located to the left of the main exit. Take bus number 106 or 132 towards 'Heumarkt'. The bus ride will take about 10 minutes. Get off at the 'Heinrich-Böll-Platz' stop, which is right in front of Museum Ludwig.
Walking
If you prefer walking, from the Köln Central Station, you can walk to Museum Ludwig. Exit the station and head straight towards the river (Rhein). Cross the Hohenzollern Bridge and continue along the river promenade. After about a 20-minute walk, you will reach Heinrich-Böll-Platz, where Museum Ludwig is located.
