Head northeast on Heinrich-Heine-Allee towards Bismarckstraße, turn right onto Bismarckstraße, and continue until you reach the Pegeluhr at 40213 Düsseldorf.

If you prefer to walk from the Düsseldorf Central Station, exit the station and head northeast on Worringer Straße. Continue straight onto Oststraße and follow it until you reach the intersection with Bismarckstraße.
