From Düsseldorf main train station (Düsseldorf Hauptbahnhof), take the S8 train towards Mönchengladbach. The journey takes about 30 minutes. Get off at the Cologne (Köln) main station (Köln Hauptbahnhof). Upon exiting the station, follow the signs towards the Rhine River. Once outside, head towards the riverfront and walk along the riverbank. Continue for about 15 minutes until you reach the Fish Market (Fischmarkt) located at Am Leystapel. You should see the market area on your right.

From Düsseldorf city center, walk to the Heinrich-Heine-Allee tram station. Take tram line 701 towards 'Kölner Straße' and ride for about 30 minutes until you reach the 'Kölner Dom' stop. Once you get off, walk towards the Rhine River and head southwest for about 10 minutes to reach the Fish Market at Am Leystapel.
