Getting There

  • Tram

    If you are starting from Freiburg's main train station (Freiburg Hauptbahnhof), head to the tram stop located just outside the station. Take tram line 1 towards 'Littenweiler' or line 2 towards 'Zähringer Straße'. After approximately 5 stops (about 10 minutes), disembark at 'Europaplatz'. Once you exit the tram, you will see Europaplatz directly ahead.

  • Bus

    From the city center, you can catch bus number 27 from the 'Bertoldsbrunnen' stop. Board the bus and travel for about 8 minutes, getting off at the 'Europaplatz' stop. After exiting the bus, you will be right at Europaplatz.

  • Walking

    If you are in the city center, a pleasant walk to Europaplatz can be made from the 'Bertoldsbrunnen' area. Head down 'Kaiserstraße' and follow it until you reach 'Kaiser-Joseph-Straße'. Continue straight and cross over to the 'Europaplatz' area. The walk should take about 15-20 minutes.
