If you are starting from Freiburg's main train station (Freiburg Hauptbahnhof), exit the station and head east towards Bismarckallee. Turn right on Bismarckallee and continue straight until you reach the intersection with Dreisamstraße. Turn left onto Dreisamstraße and walk straight for about 10-15 minutes. You will find Freiburger Türmchen at Dreisamstraße 37, on your right.

From the city center, you can take the tram line 1 or 3 from the 'Freiburg, Rathaus' stop. Ride the tram towards 'Littenweiler' or 'Zähringer Str.' and get off at the 'Dreisamstraße' stop. After exiting the tram, walk along Dreisamstraße for about 5 minutes towards the direction of the Dreisam River. You will find Freiburger Türmchen on your left at Dreisamstraße 37.
