Walking
If you are in the center of Freiburg, head towards the Freiburg Minster (Freiburger Münster). From the Minster, walk down the Kaiser-Joseph-Straße towards the south. After about 500 meters, you will reach a roundabout. Continue straight through the roundabout onto Gerberau Street. Follow Gerberau for approximately 300 meters until you reach Gewerbekanal, which will be on your left, right next to the water canal.

If you are near the Freiburg Hauptbahnhof (main train station), take tram line 1 or 3 in the direction of 'Littenweiler' or 'Zähringen'. Get off at the stop 'Stadttheater'. From there, walk towards the east along the Kaiser-Joseph-Straße for about 400 meters, then turn left onto Gerberau Street. Continue walking for about 300 meters, and you will find Gewerbekanal on your left.
