Continue on the B244 until you reach the parking area at Torfhaus, which is about 19 kilometers from Wernigerode. Note that parking fees apply, typically around €5 per day. From Torfhaus, you can choose to hike or take the Brockenbahn (a steam train) to reach the summit.

    To reach Sendeturm Brocken using public transport, start by taking a train from Wernigerode to the nearest station, which is Drei Annen Hohne.
